I lied. I started a word press blog because lj is kind of lame. I haven't done anything with it and am taking opinions on the template. it is at https://genifher.wordpress.com/ I couldn't get my dj name.it's called "plain old genifer". If I had the time I would too but as it is I have very little time. I would like to be able to have more links on my sidebar but I can only have five unless I pay. I'm not paying. I am going to link to coo's post about the Duke article in Rolling Stone. Having spent a good part of the year taking some much needed women's studies courses I have a greater appreciation for where she has always been coming from. Rolling Stone Dives in on Duke and Duke Lacrosse She has a bunch of rape , rape culture, sexism posts as well. I'm teaching this summer , in a nursery school only but it is good experience and will help me with a senior project next year. I will probably be teaching in an inner city school in Baltimore sometime next year. If anyone is around I will be around from time to time. |

Everyone has left for other journals and not one person posts unless cooper posts or G but he never posts any longer. I am requestiong updates from everyone. I enjoyed the banter even when it became a little heated. Break was awesome and if you email me I will send you pictures. I'm kidding. I went home and worked full time for a week in order to save for what I hope will be a month long trip to Europe this summer. That is all because no one invited me to Costa Rica. Check out my new look. You have to go out of your friends menu to do that. |

Where is everyone? They have all disappeared again. I start school so late it really doesn’t matter. I’m still working and will until the day I return to school. I picked up a ton of clothes that were discounted because I get an additional discount of course. They asked me if I wanted to continue to work while at school and I said I wished I could but the distance is too far. They are going to see if I can be transferred to a shop closer to school. I could possibly pick up ten to sixteen hours during the week this way and it would help out the bank account. I was going to go snowboarding with Jeff this weekend locally but the weather is warm and I don’t even know if liberty is open. I guess I could look it up online and find out. I can live without it. I’m thinking we will go to the movies. He’s down for the weekend because I am off. |

I'm working at Ann Taylor's and the coffee shop in Shab Row until I go back to school because I need the money and otherwise I get bored. We aren't going anywhere and I was going to go away with some friends but find that I would rather make money and buy myself a ton of stuff. It's cold today and Christmas was a rainy mess. I ate enough for fifteen people. My sister is back to being a pain in the ass and I am currently seeing a guy named Jeff from Pennsylvania. He's hot and rich, which is nice for a change because I like expensive gifts and nice dinners. I'm selfish so sue me. You know what they say you can fall in love with a rich man as easily as you can fall in love with a poor man but life is better with the rich man. Feel free to visit me at my various working venues. |

If no one is going to post or comment on any posts except cooper's what is the point? Comment here or I will never post again. I am just kidding. It is cold and I am hating it. I do not ski or snowboard so I don't want it to get cold. I can't wait for break the next few weeks are do or die. My breasts do look fabulous but I am not going to post pictures. Yo can email me and ask for pictures if you want. Or during Christmas break look me up at Ann Taylors. I'm bored but have a lot of work to so so that is all I have to say. I know cooper never posts any more as she is too busy at the wonderland or in the city, with that violin man, i have no doubt despite what she always said. she seems to like the v's = vikings and violin men, that is if we discount law professors from Columbia University. g disappeared , everyone else kind of redid their dj colors and said they were going to start posting and no one really has? What is up? I have nothing to say I was just being a bitch. it's freezing here, my gpa is great, i am going to Austria with friends over the holiday. I have had breast reduction surgery and came out of it fine. I thought I'd wait until a few months after it was done before mentioning it. I look awesome. thank you and good night. i will get to changing that barbie later, she has been there for a year she can last a few weeks longer. |

Must be nice. Spent the weekend with Liz and got a really bad sunburn. Yesterday was beautiful out for the first time in weeks and I made the mistake of using not enough sunscreen. Not much happening. I say Addy the other day , she came in to purchase some clothes at Ann Taylor’s and we went to lunch together. She had to leave to work evenings so we did not have all that much time. There are people that wear Ann Taylor, even if some people tend to dis it all the time. I am tired because I worked till close last night and then met some friends and went out. My feet are killing me. I'm going to the beach with Liz next weekend or the weekend after. We may do a few days in the middle of the week we haven't decided yet. I'm going to a graduation party at Steve Ravens house, Danny S's brother is picking me up in ten minutes or so...remember his brother? Hot, goes to Gettysburg College...yup. I have a sort of date with him. Later. |

I got a handful of really cool clothes yesterday for a price that was almost nothing. They prefer you wear their clothes at work all of the time anyway. I met up with Brit and went to Macaroni Grill last night as it is right outside where I work. The food was not that good. We were going to go to a movie because it is also right there but decided not to and we went over to a friends house and swam. It is supposed to be almost a hundred degrees here today and I work at five. I have not gone out the door so far today. I'm going in early to get my nails done and my hair cut at Renascence, it cost a fortune but they do an excellent job. That's all for now. It's just another work day for me. I hate this weather. |

The other thing was making sure no one was drinking. I didn't see any but I am sure there were a few kids that had it stashed somewhere. They all had a pretty good time and ended up watching movies and eating until around four. So I was awake until four or so got up at nine stayed up all day, went to a memorial day family thing yesterday and worked today. I am so tired and I work tomorow but not until noon. |

I don't mind because the hours are not bad and I get clothes at a discount. I will also work at the coffee cafe as a fill in. Tha't it for me. My neighbor is at prom and I am helping them chaperone the pool party afterwards so my night will be interesting. Otherwise life kind of sucks right now. |

Exams over. Packing to move out this afternoon or early this evening. Most of my stuff is already gone. It is still raining here on and off and cold and so disappointning for May. This weekend is the holiday and there will be a bunch of my family in for it. This happens every year and is sometimes fun sometimes not. My sister with the baby will be here , she may be moving to Chicago due to her husbands pending transfer. That will make me sad because I will not get to see the babe very often and will have to go to Chicago. This is not final yet.I am keeping my fingers crossed on this one. My perswonal life sucks at this point in time and I have not had time to think about it with exams and all. I will think about it when I get home. I still have not found a job I really want and do not want to work at the coffee place again. I need a job for money , unlike some people. I have a couple of places to check out tommorow and Friday for work so wish me luck. |

I think I totally blew one exam and did extremely well on another. Only time will tell. Sticking around home this weekend and going to look for a job on Saturday. If anyone is home and reads this and wants to get together Saturday evening call me. I am leaving to come back here to school on Sunday evening. |

Lot's of people are out already but no not me. Elisabeth is out earlier than me and so she is coming here to stay for a couple of nights. My political science professor was diagnosed with some kind of leukemia or something and so I don't know who will grade the paper I passed in or the exam? Two classes were cancelled because of it and now the TA is acting like a fool and not being much help in sorting things out. I hope he is alright. Life is sucking overall and I just and to get out of here and get home. I know my grades will be good. I am deciding where to work and will go home to take care of that this weekend. I was thinking Ann Taylor just for the clothes discount or maybe Sharper Image just for random things. Saw Jake last night and we worked some things out.We are both under a lot of stress and we are taking a break for a few weeks maybe more , maybe less. I see a few of you are already home so hope to see you at least around here and there. |
